Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bgb444 platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out below.

One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bgb444. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

bgb444 services are exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We actively enforce age verification and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time.
Your Funds Are Your Own
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules. Attempting to abuse bonuses will result in account suspension.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility

3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of bgb444 services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bgb444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Clause 3.1
Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and use bgb444 only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
- You have not previously had a bgb444 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bgb444 employee.
Clause 3.2
Accurate Information
You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and entitles bgb444 to suspend your account without notice. bgb444 may request supporting documents â including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill â to verify the information provided.
Clause 3.3
One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bgb444. If we detect that a player is operating more than one account â whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods â all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be voided and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bgb444 supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ). The minimum deposit amount is ā§ŗ200. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
Clause 4.1
Deposits
Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits â where the name on the payment account does not match your registered bgb444 account name â are strictly prohibited. bgb444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made via a third-party account and to restrict or close the associated player account.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. bgb444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Before a withdrawal is approved, bgb444 may require you to complete identity verification. We reserve the right to carry out additional due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly those of significant value. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Clause 4.3
Currency & Exchange
All account balances, bets, and winnings are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (ā§ŗ). bgb444 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside bgb444's control and are the player's own responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: bgb444 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where required.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bgb444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
Clause 5.1
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your account.
Clause 5.2
Bonus Abuse
bgb444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets on opposing outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (also known as bonus hedging), and exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to generate illegitimate winnings. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.

Promotion Eligibility
bgb444 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all players. Promotional eligibility may depend on factors including account verification status, deposit history, country of residence, or game activity. bgb444 may withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities
bgb444 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account permanently closed with immediate effect, any outstanding balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or betting markets.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino, poker, or sportsbook betting.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
- Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
- Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bgb444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the bgb444 Platform â including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and the overall design and arrangement of the site â is the property of bgb444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of bgb444.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The bgb444 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation of the Platform, bgb444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Clause 8.1
Service Interruptions
bgb444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event that a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical fault, bgb444's decision regarding the outcome of any affected bet shall be final.
Clause 8.2
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose money. bgb444 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. Clause 8.3
Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgb444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgb444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Closure & Termination
You may close your bgb444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and any applicable security checks.
bgb444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continuing to allow access to the account would expose bgb444 or other players to harm; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme.
Where an account is closed by bgb444 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited following investigation. bgb444 will communicate its findings to the account holder where it is legally permissible to do so.
